Fun Coaches Make Fun Classes!

Kids ROAR seeks dependable, enthusiastic adults—young adults to active seniors welcome—to join our fun-focused recreation program for kids. As a Certified Fun Coach, you’ll enjoy flexible, rewarding work starting at $25/hr, with the freedom to choose assignments that fit your schedule. No athletic or Art experience is required!

How It Works:

• Complete our training and certification to become a Kids ROAR Certified Fun Coach.
• Gain access to flexible work options across the DMV and in your neighborhood, with opportunities for commitments from single-day events to 11-week programs.
• Enjoy work opportunities that align with your availability—no immediate obligation after onboarding.

Ideal Candidates Are:

• Mature, self-motivated, and reliable, with a love for working with kids
• Excellent at following through and committed to making a positive impact in our communities
• Experienced with children (preferred but not mandatory)
• In possession of a valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Equipped with excellent personal references
